Preparing For Class


Arriving: Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. For the benefit of yourself and fellow practitioners, we request that you don’t knock if the doors are locked.

Don’t eat at least one hour before: There may be some twists, turns and bending, so don’t eat a full meal at least one hour before class – the emptier your stomach, the more enjoyable your practice will be.

Drink water: Make sure you are well hydrated.

What to Wear
We recommend wearing something light and comfortable such as shorts, leggings, sport bras, or stretchy gym wear.

What to Bring
Yoga mat. BYOM or you may rent one for $1.
Towel. BYOT
Water. We do have a water bottle refilling station.
Signing Up and Arriving for a Class
Review our class schedule and select an appropriate class for your level and schedule.
Students may register online to reserve a space or sign up at the studio.

Cell phones: We encourage you to take a break from your devices, just because it’s good for you.

If you have an injury, medical condition or history of an injury and/or a pre-existing medical condition (e.g. low blood pressure, heart conditions, etc.) check with your doctor that your chosen style of yoga is suitable for you and talk to us – we want to help you!
